Sometime last month, I did a post where I included a purse that I got for $2.99 at the thrift store, I also mentioned that I believed that it was from the 60's.
Well after doing some research, I found out that my purse is actually from the 50's or 60's. I also found out that it's made from eel skin and worth between $50 & $80.
I was really surprised and excited at the fact at how cheap I had purchased it :)
Now I know all this thanks to my bff Cisco :) (ily, sorry I didn't mention you sooner)
Sorry for the quality of the first picture, I didn't feel like grabbing my camera from the car lol
Have you ever purchased something and then learned that it was worth way more?
Wow, that's lovely. No, I've never purchased an item for cheap when in actual fact it's a lot more. Sadly, I haven't. Lovely blog,

That bag is so cute, what a find! Oh, and I just saw those boots from UO from a couple of posts ago- LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are gorgeous. I'm such a fiend for stuff like that. If it's out of season but on sale, I'll still get it so I can wear it later lol xo
ReplyDeleteIsabel: thanks :) & I'm already following you :)
ReplyDeleteSarah: I totally agree and thanks :)
Thats such a cute bag! I've purchased a few bargains, like some vintage rayban shades, which i picked up really cheap. I also got some vintage christian dior shoes for £20, i'm not sure how much they are worth, but I reckon it is more!
