Winter Wonderland?

More like not!

Looking back at pictures I took on one of the coldest days of our winter so far, you can't even tell. No one would realize that it was 32F, but I guess it's really not that cold.

While out and about, I took the first OOTD (outfit of the day) pictures of the year.

It did rain on and off all that day, it was fairly gloomy. In order to make up for the gloominess, I wore a pastel pink Escada jacket that I thrifted for $5. You can view my last thrift haul and learn a bit more about the Escada jacket. Which has lovely roses embroidered and a peter pan collar with white binding. You can see the roses in the photo below.

Underneath the pink jacket, I wore a sleeveless gingham patterned shift dress with a peter pan collar. I thrifted it possibly last summer. It's definitely a modern piece with a label in Chinese.

Jacket - Escada via thrifted $5
Dress - thrifted & modified $3
Tights - Hue via Macy's $11
Leather Flats - Gap $6
Handbag - Ted Baker via gifted
Pink Roses hair clip via gifted

As this photo was taken, it started to rain. I bet you'd never guess that it was cold! We quickly got back in the car and called it a day. I did find some amazing things at the thrift store though! Can't wait to share my finds later this week.
